To access the API, you must use an API key provided by us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and for all activities that occur under your API key. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your API key.
Some features of the API may be available for a fee. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time.
All rights, titles, and interests in and to the API, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted no rights or licenses in the API other than those expressly set out in these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the API at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the API.
The API is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the API; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (i) your use of the API; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any rights of another.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bologna, Italy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email, posting a notice on our website, or updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the API after such notice will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.
